Satisfying our customers is very important to us and we are sorry our product didn’t meet your expectations. Below are the details of our refund and return policy for your reference.
Three types of refund requests are supported:
- 7-days no-questions-asked refund
- 30-days full refundable
- Defective on arrival
7-days no-questions-asked refund
7 days (from the time the delivery is signed for) no-questions-asked refund is available for every order.
The buyer must return the miner, with shipping costs paid by the buyer.
30-days full refundable
If there is a problem with the miner within 30 days of signing for delivery, the buyer can get a full refund.
The buyer must return the miner and the shipping costs will be covered by NiceAsicMiner.
Defective on arrival
If defective on arrival, the buyer will receive a full refund immediately and no return of the miner is required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given:
- Any item that is not in its original packaging.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
Other notes on the refund policy:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the case of “Defective on arrival”, your refund will be approved automatically.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Our refunds support the following payment methods:
- USD (via Paypal)
- USDT (TRC20)
- Bitcoin (real-time exchange rate)
- Any other cryptocurrency you prefer (real-time exchange rate)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your Paypal or cryptocurrency account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank or wallet provider. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like an exchange for the same item, please email us at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift voucher will be sent to you once we have received the returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
By default, all miners will not be described as gifts in the waybill when shipped.
To return your product, you should send it to our physical address.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable delivery service or taking out a delivery insurance policy.
