Purchasing Guidelines

  • Customers can purchase up to 200 units.
  • If the hashrate of the delivered mining machine is lower than 210TH/s, Niceasicminer will refund the difference according to $/T.
  • Full payment is required for the product.
  • Niceasicminer will not entertain requests to cancel an order, refund an ordered amount, or change the ordered item(s) to different item(s) or different batch(es) after an order has been submitted.

 

Shipping Details

  • Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which Niceasicminer has received full payment.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation. It is highly recommended to be aware of local customs clearance policies and to prepare all customs documentation ahead of time to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.

 

Warranty

  • A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. Niceasicminer will cover shipping costs when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
  • The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from BITMAIN. Once the miner is resold, warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the reseller.
  • If the user fails to use the product according to the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided, or changes the function settings of the unit without Niceasicminer prior consent, Niceasicminer will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.

Three types of refund requests are supported:

Defective on arrival

If defective on arrival, the buyer will receive a full refund immediately and no return of the miner is required.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given:

  • Any item that is not in its original packaging.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.

Other notes on the refund policy:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the case of "Defective on arrival", your refund will be approved automatically.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

Our refunds support the following payment methods:

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your Paypal or cryptocurrency account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank or wallet provider. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@niceasicminer.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift voucher will be sent to you once we have received the returned item.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.

By default, all miners will not be described as gifts in the waybill when shipped.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send it to our physical address.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable delivery service or taking out a delivery insurance policy.
