Purchasing Guidelines
- Each user is limited to 200 units.
- If the Hashrate of the final delivered mining machine is lower than 84T, the difference will be refunded according to $/T.
- The pictures shown are for reference only; the final shipment version shall prevail.
SHIPPING DETAILS
- The products are made in China.
- Shipmens will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which NiceAsicMiner has received full payment.
- You are responsible for any customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation. It’s highly recommended to be aware of local customs clearance policies and to prepare all customs documentation ahead of time to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.
Warranty
- A 180-day warranty period is provided starting from the shipping date. NiceAsicMiner will cover shipping costs when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
- The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from NiceAsicMiner. Once the miner is resold, warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller.
- If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without NiceAsicMiner’s prior consent, NiceAsicMiner will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given:

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift voucher will be sent to you once we have received the returned item.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
By default, all miners will not be described as gifts in the waybill when shipped.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should send it to our physical address.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.
